All products are new and undamaged and are in compliance with the NFC Forum.
Shipping
The Shipping is done after receiving the payment. To expedite your shipment, we recommend you to or send the bank transfer receipt to help@technfc.com.
We always ship with a Courier and the delivery is tracked.

Prices
Shop NFC’s target is mainly business. For this reason, prices are published ‘taxes excluded’.
Sales Terms and Conditions
The contract between Freemagination multimedia LLP (owner of technfc.com) and the Customer shall be concluded with the acceptance of the order by Freemagination multimedia LLP. The customer is not entitled to damages or compensation, and any contract or tort liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or property, caused by lack of acceptance, even partial, of an order. This acceptance is automatic. By placing an order in the manner provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase process, and accept the terms and conditions and payment below.
If the customer is a consumer (i.e. a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his profession), once the purchase procedure will print or save an electronic copy but keep these general conditions of sale.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised, in accordance with current Indian laws, in connection with the purchase of any product on Tech NFC, with the exception of:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must make a request within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Before sending any product back, it is necessary to wait for the approval of the return request, with the transport document to be inserted inside the return package.

Damaged or broken products / Products different from the ones ordered
All products are tested before use. We suggest to always examine the parcel before receiving it from the courier. If, however, you have received damaged or not working products, or products not corresponding to the ones you ordered, please contact us via email, possibly attaching a picture.
We will compensate you, as soon as possible, the way you want (refund, sending new material, discount code).

For prices and timing, see the following tables (prices are taxes excluded). To know precisely the amount of Express delivery costs, we invite you to register, enter your address and add the desired goods to your cart: during check-out, our system automatically calculates shipping costs.
Delivery times may be longer if the shipping address is in a remote area. For precise information on shipping times to your specific address, please contact us, telling us the postcode for delivery. If the delivery address is outside the European Union, your country may carry out customs procedures that could postpone delivery. Please also consider this eventuality in the case of tight deadlines. Customs charges are charged to the recipient.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. The pro forma invoice can be downloaded from “My account” area on TechNFC.
